A systems design project mapping village and agriculture economies
When we think about the future we think about cities and flying cars, a village develops into a town and then into a city. If a village were to stay a village and visualize its future, how would it look?
This is my village, Mundawad.
During the Pandemic, I noticed many changes happening in the village. It went from a place where you had to climb a hill (from where the above photo was taken) to make a call to a place where IT workers could take their meetings from their home, right next to a cowshed.
After lots of research into farm yields, their price at the Mandis and market rate I was able to visualize my findings in this graph.
Notice the disparity with the supply and demand curves from real world data.
